here is a description of my problem :
in our city the water pressure is very low so water cannot reach higher floors without putting a water pump on the water inlet. I live in the second floor.
the pump worked well for long time but now air started to be present in the pipe, just loosing the screw between the pump and the pipe will let the air out and everything will work fine for some time, so need to redo the operation. the problem now is occurring more frequently almost every day.
the pump is in the basement.
can this problem be related to an aged pump ? in this case I will replace it.
can I install an automatic valve that will evacuate the air as soon as it is formed ?
thank you in advance for your assistance.

regards
