Adjustable flow and temperature valve.

I am trying to find a shower/tub valve that allowed control of both flow and temperature. For example you can trickle water at the hotest temperature. Single handle only, not two independent valves. There must be a name/type for such a valve?

Most valves I am finding only control temperature, as you must have full flow to get the hottest water.

Any help would be appreciated.

Moen used to have the Moentrol valve that did that. It's now discontinued. You may still be able to find them though.
