Hello
I have a new home and would like to add another outside hose bib. There are presently two which are running 1/2" cpvc off the main line and each with a shut-off valve. My thought is to add a third 1/2" cpvc with the identical shut off valve, and connect to the frost-free hose bib using an adaptor coupling. Is this a good idea? Should I instead transition to PEX and use a push-fit coupling to the hose bib?
