Adding a basement bathroom

I just finished laying out the plumbing for a new basement bathroom. I was hoping for a sanity check from the experts on this forum. I am a DIY'er in the Seattle area, so just trying to do my best. Any comments or input would be appreciated!

Also, how would I test this? Would I have to install a test tee on the 4" main line?

I think what he meant was get rid of the 50 year old cast iron since your right there anyway.
yes put a wye in if you want to test it
