Customer calls me to take a look at pictures of a system that they paid 2500 for
and basically it blew apart and flooded the area.. They have come out
and cleaned up the area... the customer was worried about the salt water
that went under their water heater and would rust the bottom out
and I told them it would not damage anything much at all....
From looking at the picture,
I asked her if they had secured the drain line that was stuck in the
laundry drain and it was not secured ..Its only stuck down in the hole
about 3 inches...so its another flood just waiting to happen the again some day soon..
no shut off anywhere easy to get to and they left an old filter wedged behind
the blue pex lines that probably cannot be changed out ever....
that suction line goes up to a shelf above the washing machine where the
salt tank sits......I hope the shelf is strong enough to support the weight
