well is a little more than 2 years old 288 ft deep ,pump is a 1.5 HP 2 wire, 53 gal pressure tank , after almost 9000.00 dollars for this i have no water pump is not working. I wanted not to have this happen that is why I up graded my pump and tank. I have my house and barn and 6 horses and 3 to 6 cows. I did not know about 2 and 3 wire pumps or i would have gone with 3. How do I proceed with this with the company that did the work

Sorry for your problem. It i not normal for a fairly new pump to just "not work". It will usually click and buzz or something. It could be simply in the power supply. Check to make sure you have 240V going out of the pressure switch down to the pump. If so, next is to check amps with a clip around AC amp meter. Even if the motor is overloading it should automatically reset every minute or three and try again.

There is nothing wrong with 2 wire motors as long as you don't let them cycle on and too much. A 53 gallon tank only holds about 15 gallons of water, so it maybe cycling quite a bit. Adding a CSV1A Cycle Stop Valve will stop the cycling and make pumps last many times longer than normal, even 2 wire motors.

$9000 to replace a pump and maybe replace the drop pipe? Maybe you did not get a normal pump, but instead got a variable speed setup. That would be more failure prone, and it could require different troubleshooting after the two measurements that Valveman prescribed.
