Zone 3 not working this year at Spring start up

Zone 3 not working this year at Spring start up it does not run manually or on auto all the other zones run accordingly would this be my solenoid I tested the control box at Zone 3 and I am getting power to Zone 3

How are you testing it manually? Check at the solenoid if your getting 24 v ac. If you are turn the solenoid about 1/2 counter clock wise. Water should start flowing. If not there is usually another knob you can turn to manually operate the valve.
