Will this tub spout be difficult to remove?

Here is a pic underneath spout. Thot this is a threaded spout cause I thot last time replaced, saw it being threaded on but looking at this underneath kinda wondern if that’s a set screw in there. Wdyt. Also the diverter stem needs replacing but last time I took cap off to remove handle the screw was pretty much a rusted powder. How would someone remove handle to get to stem? Im going to hire someone but just wanted to know ahead of time what to expect. Ty.
