Will the waste from a single yet constipated person clog a new toilet on a working drain?

Will feces from a single bowel movement, without a foreign object or excess tp clog a new toilet?

My landlord has sent a plumber out, who used a snake and says the line to the sewer is fine. Their handyman installed a new Glacier Bay toilet. We live in a rental home with 2 toilets. the old 1 and new 1 only flush between 1/4 & 1/2 the occasions, depending on the day. I am a male 63, 6'2 211 lbs, former athlete and weightlifter until striken with a hereditary peripheral neuropathy my dad and grandad also had. I take pain meds (vicodin/hydrocodone) and movantik for opiod constipation. almost 20% of Americans suffer from constipation and 43%of opiod users in pain management suffer constipation.
The plumber came out for a second time in 2 months when new the glacier bay toilet clogged. He told me that there was minimal paper and hard feces from 1 bowel movement. The landlord sent me the bill for his 2nd trip of $90.00. the question is-will feces from one (1) bowel movement of someone my size clog a new properly functioning toilet on a properly functioning sewer line, where no excess tp or foreign objects were involved?

Bruce, I removed a Glacier Bay toilet like what you have for a customer with a similar issue. Meds mean the stools are larger, and the trapway on the Glacier Bay is about as bad as it gets.
I installed a Caroma with a 3" trapway for the gentleman.

You should be able to get something like this locally.

Other options are pressure assist. Kohler makes a good one.

Not to be confused by Koher's gravity Highline, which I would skip in your case.

You could also invest in a closet auger and clear the bowl yourself. A lot cheaper than calling out a pumber.
