What's this valve called?

Can someone tell me what this valve is called? It's being used in a flush manifold system.

Given that it has several "test cocks" on it, and the 1/4 turn valve ahead of it, I would say it is a Watts "reduced pressure principle back flow preventer", or something similar, but would need a better picture to tell for sure.
