What pump will pull water 25ft USING 1/4 pipe.

I am wanting to put a small water line 1/4 or smaller, like 1/8 down my well about 15-20 feet. what pump do you recommend? Everything I have seen is for 1/2 pipes, worried about psi, etc.. I would only need a gallon here and there type of thing.

What am I doing? My wife bought a big water fountain and where she is putting it is 10' from my well. I am going to put a float switch on the fountain to keep it full.

I don't think that is possible. Why not just connect the fountain fill line to the water line from the well?
