Good afternoon guys,

I had a discussion last week about wet venting a bathroom group, Hopefully someone here can shed light on this configuration,
my county uses the 2018 IPC in PA, The picture is suppose to represent a 2 inch shower drain branching on the toilet drain with a wye fitting and the lav is wet venting the toilet which will also be 2 inch pipe with 3x2 wye. Would a setup like this be acceptable? also was thinking of using a combo wye fitting at the end of the run any suggestions would be appreciated Thank you:)

For the IPC, that connectivity order works to wet vent both the WC and the shower, as long as the lav is properly dry vented. Minimum sizes for the IPC are 1-1/2" for everything except the WC drain has to be 3". Using 2" for the shower is far more typical.

Cheers, Wayne

Hey Wayne thanks a lot for that feedback,
yes I just wanted to use 2 inch pipe for the shower drain, connecting that to the toilet branch with a wye, and the lav can have 1 1/2 pipe also connecting to the toilet with a wye fitting. The 3 inch drain leaving will be connecting to a 4 inch drain which heads outside from other fixtures,
Thank you for your help.
