Wet venting fixtures on opposite walls.

if plumbing under floor joist for washroom bathtub and vanity are on opposite sides of room how will you vent
them to stack going out to roof

Connect in the attic or run a separate vent thru the roof.

Some codes allow wet venting the tub with the lav. You can go 42" on a lav trap arm and 42" on a tub trap arm, all of that off of a 2" line that could meet in the middle there somewhere.
