Water softener drain

Can my water softener drain go up the wall about 5 feet and then along the ceiling about 5 feet and then down the wall 5 feet into a wash tub?

Most softeners, yes assuming you have adequate incoming water pressure. When going up with a drain pressure in excess of 45-50 psi is preferred.
