Water in Secondary Drip Pan

As you can see in the photo below, there is a tiny bit of water in the drip pan. This is after the A/C ran for about 12-15 hours. I'm focused on this because I had a clog in the condensate line that shut off the unit via the two safety switches, one in the pan and one in the condensate line. I cleared that line and removed all of the water from the pan, and the water is now draining properly, but there is a very small drip that results in the tiny puddle in the picture. Is this an indication of a problem inside the unit, or just some condensate dripping off the metal frame of the unit, which is covered by plastic panels on the outside of the unit? It has been very hot (over 90 degrees) and humid for the past few days.

Insulation in the bottom of unit is wet from the overflow. Try running the fan on and ac off as long as u can to dry out the insulation.
