I have zero plumbing experience but I will try my best to explaining my problem . Thanks in advance for any help!
I have an about 2-3 inch. cast iron drain pipe ( ?) that sticks out of my outside brick wall of my house. I live in a single story home with a slab.
This pipe is located under my kitchen sink. Whenever my washing machine, kitchen sink, and dishwasher drains, it all drains out of that cast iron pipe and onto the ground outside. Its now starting to smell like sewer!
My washing machine is located in my garage which is right outside my kitchen door. I'm having no problems with any of my bathrooms draining. Both baths are located on the opposite side of my home.

Where might a clog be that is causing my washing machine/kitchen sink/ dishwasher to drain outside instead of into the sewer lines?

The reason you are getting a sewer smell is that is what you have. I have no idea what that pipe was originally for, but certain not a drain. You need a professional to deal with this. There is no way that you should ever have a pipe draining like you describe. You are right about there being a clog somewhere, but a clogged drain is not a DIY fix either and your problem is more than that anyway.

It could be a clean out that the plug is missing on. The line may be clogged and the water is backing up and coming out the open line.
