Hi. I have a landscaping bed all around the house foundation. It's a 1/2" pvc pipe with some rubber hose on a tee connector. Some of these have bubble emiters and other have sprayers. It's not efficient and not watering all plants equally. I have crotons, small junipers, ixoria and some flowers around. The issue is that I have 4 zones - right, left, front and back. I am replacing the back lawn with artificial turn due to issues with mowing and seawall anchoring so the back zone would only irrigate the back section of the garden bed. I was thinking of using the zone 4 strictly for the garden bed but that would be over 200ft so not sure if drip irrigation would do, also not sure if it's doable fairly easily since I have concrete walkways around so I doubt that Ill be able to run one line but I'll look into this and see if I can split the pipes where it runs towards the lawn in each zone. To add, I have a sprinkler pump which feeds from a retention canal

1. Is it fine to mix the shrub/garden bed irrigation with lawn, if so, how would you do that and restrict the psi so that the shrubs do not get too much water?

2. How would you update the irrigation?
Should I replace the hoses with short drip tubing pieces and lay them around the plants? Or maybe just extend the hoses to run either bubblers or drip tubing?

3. If doable, should I use the current pvc pipe with the hoses and connect a drip tubing into this so that I have zone 4 for the shrubs only? Is it fine if it's over 200ft?

Thank you
