Trying to identify this bathroom shower mixer manufacturer

Hello, trying to identify this shower mixer manufacturer. It has no markings on the handle, or wall plate, just the "H" & "C". This house was flipped in 2009, and we have owned the house since 2013. I have not changed it since owning the home.

Was this popular enough to be a copy of a US manufacturer product (hence no ID stamping)?
