Trying to identify brand/model of shower head

can someone help me ID this shower head? I snagged it from an old apartment about 8 years ago but it doesn't have any label for identification...this one has cracked and I'm hoping to buy another of the same model, thanks!

Look in catalogs on line, or visit plumbing supply stores. There are all kinds of shower heads around, spending too much time locating the same exact shower head is pointless.
