Toilet relocation

Thanks so much for the quick response yesterday. I have the rest of the project imaged below (before and after). In the after image the toilet drain piping is cut and assembled but not glued. Local friend/plumber suggested this as a good solution but I would welcome any comments you may have (little skeptical)
Questions:
1. Is it acceptable to have the 3 inch toilet drain have to curves (2 x 45 degree for each curve)?
2. Is it acceptable to have the vanity drain run into the toilet drain (act as a wet vent) at a low angle of entry (note there is a second vent further down the line - both 1.5 inch vents)?
3. Is the proposed shower vent acceptable re. positioning and size?
