Toilet Noise in fill valve

After flushing, my toilet makes this noise. It stops when the tank is full.
I believe the important part of this video is the sound.
I don't mind the noise so much, but is this a sign that something is about to break?

I think that that is a custom OEM branded Fluidmaster valve. IF that's true, I'd replace the seal. It's a no-tool, quick replacement and doesn't cost much.

Sometimes cleaning the debris in the assembly cap fix it
