So we are having a pool put in and need reroute/elminate some heads in the area where the pool deck would go.

The major issue I am having is trying to figure out what direction the water flows from the valves. I think most of the sprinklers that need to be removed are at the end of the zone. Any tips on how to figure out which way water flows though the zones? My thought was to cut/cap the lines before they would entering into the pool decking if possible.

Thanks!

If you have a separate valve for each zone and know where are, usually in an irrigation box, on the side of the valve body or on top of the coupling there will be an arrow. Otherwise you cut the pipe where you want to remove the sprinkler and turn on the water.
