Hello,
I am planning a bathroom renovation and looking at options for the shower. The shower will be 48x48. I do not have a solid wall to hinge the shower door on. I am considering one of the 2 setups, please see pictures below:
1. Shower door hinges mounted on half wall and glass panel on top of the half wall (24” wide). Shower door (24” wide) closes on fixed glass panel at 90 degrees (fixed glass panel perpendicular to shower door/half wall plane).
2. Shower door hinges at 90 degrees on fixed glass wall.
How difficult is it to achieve these scenarios? And which one would you recommend (functionality, stability etc.)
Many thanks!
