Shower Cartridge Identification

I am a newbie in need of help! I cannot identify a shower cartridge. I looked a hundreds of images but cannot find it. Also, most cartridges pictures are from the side or back. I cannot figure if I need a puller or it will just come out with some pulling action. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Thank you! At least it’s a lead. I saw an earlier entry with similar looks but no replies. D you know if I would need a tool to pull the cartridge out? Any help is much appreciated.
