Inspector passed it, but I am concerned that the trap arm looks less than 2x of the pipe size.
If this is not okay, what is the consequence as the concrete was poured? Wondering if I need to request to jackhammer to fix it.

Also, for toilet, no vent was installed. The nearest vent is the one for shower. Is it okay? Thanks!

there is nothing on the upstream of the toilet, and for me, it looks like a santee on its back. Another followup question, from the photo I took, the horizontal branch to the main, they use a santee instead of wye. It’s something I need to be concerned? Thanks!

Do you think we need to request to replace with wye? If they don’t replace it, what will be the future issues?

the shower will likely function ok but its improper . So why is there any piping upstream of the w/c branch ? is the 3 inch just going to a end of line clean out? what about the 2 inch line thats upstream of the clean out thats gotta be there for a reason. it might play into whether a legal vent system was installed there is no lav or wash machine kitchen sink or laundry sink ?
