[Question] Drinking fountain Question

I have a Halsey Taylor Wall mounted Drinking fountain and it has developed a small leak. The gasket is $8 to replace but I also found out that the valve regulator control assembly is also leaking.

Is there a way to rebuild the one I have for less money?

Exactly what and where is it leaking?

The first one is a steady slow stream of water from the bubbler head (the $8 one) and the other I cant tell exactly where its coming from but it looks like the bottom where the pudh button connects or the back side of the valve.

I don't have the exact figure available, but I believe the last "rebuilding kit" for that entire valve was about $25.00
