Not if there is only one check valve in well on the pump or the drop pipe has a leak. This would be why you had the loss in flow and pressure to the static water level "5secs".

If, you can get to your drop pipe to see inside of the pipe on whether or not it's holding water inside the drop pipe? Your going to need a well pump installer to lift it from a pitless adapter.

If your drop pipe is full of water, turn your well pump on and stand back to see the delay time to flow water at the surface. That would indicate multiple check valves in the well. You could have a leak in your drop pipe below a check valve that's above your static water level and you need to start pulling the pump to fix it.

Edit: If, it's a crack in the drop pipe. That crack will only get bigger in short time.
