we live in a 12 storey building.
the water for toilet use for the building is stored in an overhead tank and from there it travels to individual toilet systems through the pipeline.
now all of a sudden, whenever any apartment uses the toilet flush, the water flows from the common pipeline with a large noise. This noise phenomenon is new and has developed all of a sudden. so far, hardly any noise was felt when water was passing through the pipeline to individual apartment toilet flushing. the problem has developed only lately. the noise of toilet flushing (or water rushing through pipeline) is rather loud and whenever a toilet is flushed, it disturbs residents of other apartments below or above.
wonder if it is related to water flowing through the pipeline and is there any fault in the water flow system. could it be due to air bubbles in the pipeline.
advice/explanation will be appreciated. thanks
