if the vent goes straight up and out roof. you can put band at the bottom of stack with visqueen inside to stop water from draining out for test . aftyer test take a piece of half inch copper or whatever 10 foot long on roof and poke hole in plastic to drain. that solves test but you still got a cleanout issue what about pointing cleanout away from bathroom?
