Please help in identifying this faucet

Would like to DIY a repair for leaking cold water, thanks in advance

Sometimes there is a tag with faucet number below the counter level attached to one of the supplies.

You need to shut the hot and cold water off and then see if you can take it apart. There might be a screw under the little cap. Be careful not to skin up the finish.

Thanks for the feedback. See no tags underneath. If the top cap comes off I'm having no luck removing it :/ attaching 2 more photos if it helps the cause... Thanks again.

Unscrew the big chrome piece under the handle and the handle will probably come off with it.
