You need to shut the hot and cold water off and then see if you can take it apart. There might be a screw under the little cap. Be careful not to skin up the finish.

Thanks for the feedback. See no tags underneath. If the top cap comes off I'm having no luck removing it :/ attaching 2 more photos if it helps the cause... Thanks again.
