Please help identify mid-2000s American Standard Shower Valve + Trim!

Hi! I am trying to figure out if I can get replacement trims for a mid-2000s American Standard shower/bath set. The valve is one of the white body + red temp ring types, but the valve body has horizontally parallel trim plate screws. Any idea of the models with this type of screw alignment?
