No hot water

Hi,I am newbe here.I have a question:
I install the Bathroom Aluminum Shower Panel, I replace the two hose from panel to bathtub shutoff valve. Tested and lost all hot water in the house, although I turn the water heater to hot.

There are something problems in the pipe or in the heating system or panel that you have replaced. Check once it will works!!

most likely you have incorrectly connected the pipes.
Check their work. Maybe it just muffled the hot water outlet. or wrong heater connected.
