Need help identifying this old tub valve

Can anyone assist with identifying this valve? I am hoping I am able to just buy a new handle set and not have to replace the whole valve. Thank you!

Moen Standard 4 port tub/shower valve. Takes a 1225 cartridge. The only trim I know of is T470 or TL470 in chrome only. There is an adapter you can use to allow it to use MoenTrol trim but those trim are limited also and fairly expensive.
