Just installed a 30/50 low pressure switch on a 1/3 hp Red Jacket jet pump.
It is set up wit a 20 gallon vertical pressure tank, with 28 lbs of air pressure.
Replaced switch due to plugged up nipple and worn out contacts.
Pump has been maintained and cleaned, pressure hose and connecting nipples
are clean and free of obstruction.
Can't seem to get cut out pressure high enough for adiquate pressure and when pressure drops down to about 20lbs the pressure in the house hold drops rite off to zero.
The pump keeps its prime from water drawn from lake and foot valve works well.
Set up switch according to manufactures spec's, trying to fine tune adjustments,no matter
what I seem to do I can't get water pressure and switch working like it was.
Please help.
Thanks
Steve.
