KL Iron Filter Backwash Frequency

I've been using my new iron filter on my new well for a few weeks now, and it is working great. We use 50 gallons of water per day average (I installed a regular water meter). After extensive searching, I couldn't find any info on Backwash Frequency and BW and Rinse length of time recommendations for gallons of water used between BW cycles.

I was thinking that the default 3-day BW cycle might be more than necessary for my water usage.

Iron: 2.6 ppm
Max BW rate of my well is 8 GPM

Any suggestions on BW frequency and BW & Rinse time-lengths would be appreciated.

KL likes to be backwashed. Your current settings are what I would recommend.
