Kitchen Island install

So I want to run some new electrical to a kitchen Island that is being installed. I will need 6/3 for the range and 12/2 for a couple of outlets. I will be putting in PVC buried under the slab of the house. My question is can both lines be run in one PVC pipe or will I need 2 PVC pipes.

must use UF cable or a conductor that has TW on it
