Our Moen Extensa single handle pullout spray kitchen faucet is suddenly working "in reverse". It was fine right up until last night. This AM, the hot and cold sides are reversed .... turning the handle all the way over to the left produces luke-warm water. Towards the middle is cold. All the way over to the right is hot, just not real hot.
I can understand this happening with a newly installed unit, but this has been in use since 2005.
Could the cartridge have loosened up over the years somehow?
