The installer applied silicon and dropped the sink into place. I want to add a bead of adhesive under the sink, where the stainless steal sink meats the granite. What adhesive would you all recommend? Liquid nails? Loctite Power Grab?

Are you worried about leaks or the actual attachment of the sink?

Often, there is a method to use clamps to hold the sink in place. On a thicker stone counter, you may need to search for longer screws to make it work.

NOte that some granite can become stained by some adhesives...it isn't as impervious as people think, depending on the type.

Silicone caulk is itself an excellent adhesive. As anyone who has ever tried to remove a siliconed-on sink can attest.
A good filling of silicone right under the rim's edge is highly advisable, no matter what other mechanical
attachments the sink has. Without it, fluids of all sorts will wick under the sink rim, crud will be pushed under the rim
every time the adjacent counter is wiped down, and the area under the rim will become unbelievably
groaty over time.
