Interesting water heater

I wasn't sure whether to post this in the water heater or the joke forums... came across this beauty the other day. It wasn't in the scope of work, but I like to make sure I inspect all the components of the plumbing system to make suggestions on things that could be updated or Need to be updated.

Someone replaced a Direct Vent with a standard atmospheric water heater. Yikes!
