I just had to replace my Pro Water system after 12 years of zero problems.. It just stop producing soft water. I couldn't nor did I want spend 3k$ on a new one.
Did some research and decided on a Clack WS-1.. less then one third the cost using the old tanks.
My question is, can I make or adjust it to increase the softness of the water. It just isn't producing the soft water I am use to. The installer said the water is as soft as it can be but I have a hard time believing the system can't be adjusted to produce softer water if I want.
Is the installer correct or am I. If I am, could you tell me what adjustments need to be done.
Very much appreciate any help you can provide me..
