I have been told and have verified that the Hunter Irrigation RZWS is in violation of a patent owned by a company called Morgan Concepts. I would be very wary of getting involved in something like that.

And do you really believe that Morgan Concepts is going to track down EVERY installation? IF there is a settlement, it will be against the manufacturer based on the number of items produced and sold.
