How to install a pitcher pump between shallow well pump and well?

I want to install a small pitcher pump between existing shallow well jet pump and well head. I usually winterize my plumbing and jet pump at cabin but would like to get fresh water when hunting or ice-fishing without having to drain and blowout the piping. I noticed in a forum that someone mention a tee with ball valves between the jet pump and well pipe. After fruitless forum/google searching I'm posting. Does anyone have a diagram or photo, or have links to a site? I just need a simple diagram of the piping setup.
