HELP Removing Screw on Handle

I have a Moen cartridge that I need to replace but I can't get the handle off to get to the back. I tried using the screw removal tool (Grab It) and it's not engaging. I double-checked and am doing it right, but it's not working. I bought a titanium bit to try to drill it out to no avail.
Does anybody have any ideas?

Are you sure it's' not an allen screw that needs removing?

How about a picture 800 pixels or less.
