Any help would be appreciated in determing this faucet type. I've e-mailed Kohler thinking it was their brand but they say it is not. These were installed around 1987 if that helps narrowing down the timeline.

I want to replace the cartridges but I can't seemingly get into it. The top twists off the tap and there is a screw that can be undone but I see no way of removing the tap at all. I've also tried twisting the base but that doesn't seem to work either. Even if I am able to get this apart I'm not sure what cartridge to get anyhow.

There are no markings anywhere to tell the brand unless it's actually marked inside the units which I cannot seemingly access.

I hope this makes some sense. Thanks.
