Garbage disposal jerks/twists with force

Hi folks.
I flipped my disposal switch while looking under the sink and did not like what I saw (video link below). This seems like a twisty jerk that requires tightening. I don' t know if just tightening the PVC connections would lock it in place or if the disposal unit has loosened from its connection point. I'm worried that this will loosen to the point where it may fall and cause a big mess. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Normally the rubber seat at the top of the disposer prevents the spinning.
You could try snugging the wings, the three points that the supplied wrench fits into for rotating the ring to full tightness.

Thanks, Terry. I tightened using screwdrivers for leverage (couldn't find the special tool). Seemed to do the trick. I appreciate the response.
