Finding Brass Faucet Cartridge

Hi I need to find a replacement cartridge for a bathroom faucet. Unfortunately I can't find any markings on either the faucet or cartridge. Below are the links to the pictures of both. Anyone know the model or manufacturer?

Thanks. It looks a lot like it. Unfortunately the top spindle appears to be much larger than the T&S. It is almost as wide as the Hex

Hi Terry,

Below are the links to the photos of the hot water handle. The cold water has a blue seam. The handle comes apart in two pieces along that seam. The last two photos are the inside of the handle. The toothed spindle is 0.5" in diameter, larger than most other cartridges I have come across. It is possible I could swap the spindle with the T&S cartridge to make it compatible but I would like to find the exact part.
