2" drain is for the double lav vented separately and 1.5" off the tee is for the tub

Why not use a santee and tie the lav vent into the vent shown in the attic¿

Short answer is I don't know. Long answer is it's a double lav, going about 12' away from where you see the drain come up and I don't really have a wat to route it to that vent due to windows on that wall and I have a now unused 1.5" vent which I can fairly easily get to.

Here it is, coming directly above the drain. So, the view of that wall will be
