Cutoff Valves

Hi guys, I have 8 2nd floor cutoff valves for toilets and faucets that are 24 years old, I'm guessing that replacement would be advisable even if functioning? Replacing all toilets and faucets.

yep change them out absolutely! with new lines as well. you can try them out see if they turn off and then back on maybe only a few are bad but I wouldn't if it was my house
