Hi again,
I have a love hate relationship with my Clack WS-1, mostly hate. I can only keep it in service for a few weeks. I've replaced the seal pack twice, pistons, injectors, the works. But no matter the TLC I give it, it always seems to throw something new my way. This time, it is no longer filling the brine tank during its regeneration cycle. Last year, it was over-filling it due to a broken seal pack. I've checked the seal pack and everything looks good there and it looks to be aligned properly in the valve, but once it goes to the fill cycle, the motor engages and nothing happens. However, if I take off the control motor and manually turn the main gear, it will fill the brine tank until the float mechanism in the tank engages. All of the other stages appear to be working as they should. Can you adjust the motor settings or is it something else entirely? I just don't know how to fix this one. Any thoughts?
